We are proud of the fact that we produce meals using a minimal amount of oil in our restaurant. We can also make meals that are suitable for those on a healthy eating plan. We do this by producing dishes without additional oil & by using fry-light spray where required. Dishes that usually contain sugar are also adapted by the use of Splenda® instead. The results are that these dishes are extremely healthy & still retain all the usual flavours you would expect to taste in your chosen dish

All tandoori dishes are marinated in yoghurt and special spices, roasted in a charcoal oven and served with salad and mint sauce.

Tandoori Massalla Dishes

All Tandoori Massalla Dishes are marinated for several hours in a special sauce of selected herbs and spices, barbecued over flaming charcoal in the Tandoor oven and cooked in an enriched Massalla sauce (all served with pilau rice).

Dupiaza Dishes

Cooked with special spices, onion and green peppers.

Bhoona Dishes

A combination of spices fried together to provide a medium strength dish.

Balti Special

Balti dishes are highly flavoured, spicy dishes cooked with fresh herbs & spices

Korai Dishes

Cooked with fresh ginger, garlic, green peppers & tomatoes, highly spiced and herbed.

Biriani Dishes

These dishes are a preparation of saffron rice cooked with fresh spices and garnished with cucumber and tomatoes, served with vegetable curry. 
May contain nuts or nut derivative.

Patia Dishes

Fairly hot sweet and sour.
(All served with pilau rice).

Rogan Dishes

Cooked with special preparation with tomato & garlic. Medium. A little dry.

Dansak Dishes

Sweet and sour with lentils.
(All served with pilau rice).
